We are very pleased to present this 1942 Vacheron Constantin “Calatrava” Ref.4073 with Two-Tone applied Sector dial, on a 33.8mm 18kr Rose Gold case made by Antoine Gerlach (key number 4), who became renowned for crafting exquisite watch cases, including some of the most iconic for Patek Philippe. In 1932, they had the privilege of creating the first gold and platinum Calatrava cases for the ref. 96—a timeless symbol of elegance and craftsmanship that still resonates with collectors today.
