Terms and conditions
Due to the fact that all vintage items are fragile, all goods are sold as is. We at THE TIME CURATOR will do everything in our reach to describe them as accurately as possible including a full description and photography transparency including watch servicing (only when stated), but we do not provide any guarantee on movement accuracy, water-proofing or other unless stated.
All images are taken at our studio using a color calibrated monitor so please keep in mind that if your monitor is not, color shades may vary from the actual item.
 
Shipping
All watches are offered with a complimentary free worldwide shipping fully insured.
When you make the payment it must be fully cleared in order for us to ship the product.
We use FEDEX and DHL Express only with signature required, we carefully double-box all items for maximum protection. All items are insured by a third party insurance company. For inquiries or requests about this please contact us at contact@thetimecurator. com.
All shipments are delivered with a signature required and an adult must sign for it.
If packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance vendor, this might take a few days.
 
Return Policy Shipping
All items offered in this page have a detailed description as well as many high-resolution photographies. If you feel the need of clarification or extra images please contact us prior to purchase.
We only accept returns when the item is different or does not match the description when purchased or a legitimate reasoning is provided. Please read carefully the descriptions and examine the images as they are part of the description.
All items sold have a 3-day return policy starting the same day you receive the box from the courier. We can not issue any refund after the 3-day inspection period.
During the first 3-day inspection period you must write us an email at contact@thetimecurator. com to initiate the return process.
 

To return the items you must use the same currier service as when received. All taxes, duties, costs of shipping, insurance, packing materials and fees associated with the sale will be deducted from your refund, also all additional charges applied to the return of your purchase from you to our office will be paid by you or deducted from your refund.
We will inspect the items carefully when returned, any scratch, wear or tear may and can in fact deduct a big percentage from the refund. E.g: a small scratch on a watch can cost up to 30% of the item's price.
If we notice signs of the watch being tempered, manipulated, opened or with any physical difference from when it was originally sent, no refunds will be issued. 

No liability will be accepted by us for any loss suffered or caused due to late delivery or non-delivery.  Actual deliver times shall not cause any liability whatsoever.

You are responsible for any potential decrease in the value of the merchandise only if that decrease results from handling the item in a manner unnecessary to assess its condition, properties, and functionality.

The customer is required to return all documents, packaging, and any additional items included in the shipment of the purchased object.

  
Payments
Our prices are expressed in Euros, we also accept payment in US Dollars, all payments and refunds are issued in the same currency.

The majority of items in our store accept payment through PayPal, while some are exclusively available for Bank Wire Transfer. We maintain bank accounts in the US in American Dollars and in Europe in Euros, facilitating seamless and swift transactions.

All goods will be shipped only after the payment has being fully cleared (this may take a few days).
You are responsible for any taxes, duties or custom payments that may apply to your order at or when entering your country.
