For shipping, we exclusively use FEDEX and DHL Express with a required signature upon delivery. Additionally, we take extra precautions to ensure maximum protection by double-boxing all items. Our third-party insurance vendor provides full coverage for all shipments.

For added convenience, we offer the option of delivering your watch directly to you through a member of our team. However. Please note that all shipments require a signature from an adult upon delivery. If a package is lost or stolen, a refund will be processed only after our insurance vendor has approved the claim, which may take several days.
